Client Support Tracker

To help expand our client support, Surf New Media is testing a Project Tracking System, where clients can post tickets for support (changes / updates / etc.) for current website projects. This is mainly useful for sites that are currently undergoing a site build or maintenance.

How This Works

  1. Register for an account here. Once registered, an administrator will e-mail you a username and password to login to the site. This usually will take less than one business day to complete.
  2. Click on the "Client Project Tracking" link, where you will be able to submit your view current projects.
  3. To create a new issue, click the link "Submit Ticket" in the top navigation menu, where you will be able to create a new trouble ticket. This will then give you the option to subscribe the the alert system to be notified when the ticket is updated.
