Client Support Tracker
To help expand our client support, Surf New Media is testing a Project Tracking System, where clients can post tickets for support (changes / updates / etc.) for current website projects. This is mainly useful for sites that are currently undergoing a site build or maintenance.
How This Works
- Register for an account here. Once registered, an administrator will e-mail you a username and password to login to the site. This usually will take less than one business day to complete.
- Click on the "Client Project Tracking" link, where you will be able to submit your view current projects.
- To create a new issue, click the link "Submit Ticket" in the top navigation menu, where you will be able to create a new trouble ticket. This will then give you the option to subscribe the the alert system to be notified when the ticket is updated.
